     Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska                                                            
     relating to the permanent fund, relating to transfers out of the                                                           
     permanent fund, and requiring payment of a dividend to eligible

paid, the resident's adjusted gross income is more than $50,000, or, if                                                         
the resident filed a joint federal income tax return, the combined                                                              
adjusted gross income is more than $100,000. The income limits in                                                               
this subsection do not apply to a resident under 18 years of age."
